2010 Tampa Bay Buccaneers: NFL Schedules and Odds

The 2010 Tampa Bay Buccaneers are longshots this season in Super Bowl 2011 odds but do have the chance to get off to a good start for their 2010 NFL schedule as they will host the Cleveland Browns on September 12th. Online sportsbooks have the Buccaneers +12500 in Super Bowl 2011 odds to win the championship, +1700 longshots to win the NFC South and an over/under regular season win total of 5.5 UNDER (-140). That is followed by a NFC South rivalry match at the Carolina Panthers on September 19th. The tough Pittsburgh Steelers will visit on September 26th and then the Bucs will take off for an early week 4 bye on the NFL schedule. Tampa Bay returns to NFL betting action with an October 10th game at the AFC North champion Cincinnati Bengals.

Tampa will open a two-game home stand on the NFL schedule against division rival and the defending world champion New Orleans Saints on October 17th and should be one of the biggest home underdogs in NFL odds

Sportsbooks not Just for Sports Anymore

Remember when you’d saunter into a sportsbook, or contacted one on the Internet, because you wanted to do a little sports betting? You still can but increasingly sportsbooks are catering to a more varied wagering clientele that is demanding betting lines on topics that do not meet even the broadest definition of sports. That was certainly the case when one proud father demanded that a British bookmaker give him a price on his newborn son scoring a goal for England in a World Cup event, two decades down the life line. The sportsbook quoted a price and the man took it.

No one knows for sure when sports betting emporiums began posting and accepting wagers on non sports related events but some trace it back to 1960 when the William Hill Agency,

2010 New Orleans Saints: NFL Schedule and Odds

The National Football League found a great way to begin the 2010 NFL schedule by matching up the top two teams in NFL betting for the NFC from the 2009 season as the defending world champion New Orleans Saints will host the Minnesota Vikings in a special Thursday Night rematch of the NFC Championship Game from last January. New Orleans will then hit the road for a Monday Night game at San Francisco on September 20th vs the 49ers in a key NFC match-up of playoff contenders at sportsbooks. The Atlanta Falcons will visit New Orleans in a NFC South rivalry match-up on September 26th followed by another NFC South showdown with the Carolina Panthers on October 3rd. Online sportsbooks have the Saints 10-1 betting favorites in 2011 Super Bowl odds and 9-2 to win the NFC.

New Orleans then hits the road for two straight weeks on their 2010 NFL schedule beginning October 10th at the Arizona Cardinals followed by an October 17th date vs the Tampa Bay

Wrigley Field

History

Main article: History of Wrigley Field

The park was built in six weeks in 1914 at a cost of about 0,000 (.3 million in 2008 dollars) by the Chicago lunchroom magnate “Lucky Charlie” Weeghman, who owned the Federal League Dolphins. (The club signed a fifty-five-year lease to use the park for app ,000 per year.) It was designed by the architect Zachary Taylor Davis (who four years earlier had designed Comiskey Park for the Chicago White Sox), incorporating the new “fireproof” building codes recently enacted by the city. According to some sources, when it opened for the 1914 Federal League season, Weeghman Park had a seating capacity of 14,000. According to another source, the original seating capacity was 20,000.

In late 1915 the Federal League folded. The resourceful Weeghman formed a syndicate including the chewing gum manufacturer William Wrigley Jr. to buy the Chicago Cubs from Charles P. Taft for about 0,000. Weeghman immediately

Father’s Day, Christmas, Valentine’s Day and a birthday can present interesting challenges for those who are looking to buy the man in their life a nice present! I know that I often struggle with finding a decent gift for my husband, and I have known him for almost a decade!

Most men are interested in sports, and most of those sports oriented men are into football. Women enjoy football too, but never has a more hardcore fanatic been known then the football loving man. He lives, eats, breathes and speaks football. Football is a whole world unto itself for him. If you have a man like this in your life, why not consider football apparel for him? A large selection official NFL jerseys may be just the ticket for your finding of a perfect gift for him. Of course, if there’s a woman in your life who loves the NFL, don’t leave her out in the cold! These team friendly sport jerseys certainly don’t discriminate against the female gender, and sizes running from small to

Who Dat Nation Finally Gets To Celebrate

What better way for the state of Louisiana and the city of New Orleans to kick off Mardi Gras in a couple of weeks then to win their first Super Bowl in franchise history. The Saints came into the game as the underdogs against the high powered Indianapolis Colts offense led by NFL offensive MVP Peyton Manning.

Heading into the game most of the attention seem to focus on the Colts and their key players and not too much about the Saints even though both teams came in 1st in their conferences. Even ESPN sports analyst praised the Colts Peyton Manning and how much he means to game and how another Super Bowl win could propel him into legendary status as arguably the best to ever play the game. People seemed to forget about Saints quarterback Drew Brees and the huge numbers he put up this year while leading the saints to 13 straight victories to start the season and wins over the Arizona Cardinals and the Minnesota Vikings in the playoffs to make it to the Super

2009 Nfl Pro Bowl Snubs and Notables

Now, the game may be absolutely meaningless, and it is probably one of the most boring games in sports, but the NFL Pro Bowl is an honor for players to be selected into. The official Pro Bowl rosters were released Tuesday, and there are a fair share of snubs to make cases for, and a number of notables to be congratulated.

AFC Notables

Andre Johnson, WR, Houston Texans

Even with the inconsistency at the quarterback position this season due to injury, Andre Johnson has come back to his form of two years ago. He has been the focal point of the Texans offense, and just came off of a colossal game against the Tennessee Titans in which he caught 11 passes for 207 yards and a touchdown. He is currently leading the league with 1,408 yards receiving.

Chris Johnson, RB, Tennessee Titans

This explosive rookie running back came into the league considered a reach in the NFL draft. Looking back on it, the Titans are considered
