NFL Playoffs ? NFC divisional Round

NFL Playoffs – NFC divisional Round The Arizona Cardinals are going to be facing the New Orleans Saints this Saturday’s afternoon. Kurt Warner’s aerial performance was quite spectacular in their wild card victory over Green Bay. And the team still managed to make 156 rushing yards for that game. More then half of those carries were completed by freshman Beanie Wells. He is fast, agile and strong and could make a difference this Saturday. The Saint’s defense now has to find a way to stop Warner from throwing like he did last week. Because the Saints are certainly going to have to get their awesome back if they plan to control Arizona’s QB, who threw 29/33 for 379-yards with no interceptions and 5 touchdowns on his last game. The Saints also need to cover Larry Fitzgerald and Steve Breaston, a duo that meant so much trouble for Green Bay. Although the Saints were coming super-strong from the beginning of the season, with a franchise record 12-game win steak,

Have a ball with football shirts

All sportsmen agree with regard to one thing, which is that no game fosters such a spirit of team feeling as football. A football shirt, thus, is a vibrant symbol of team solidarity, among other things. Did we say ‘other things’? Well these include football shirts being fashion statements. That’s right! The well-heeled crowd is increasingly turning towards 2010 World Cup shirts to stylish retro stuff.

Old is gold, right? Well, what do you know, there’s plenty to pick from. Those of us who couldn’t take our eyes off the TV set watching some excellent dribbling by the Leyton Orient team of Britain would probably dig their blood red full-length one hundred percent cotton T-shirt with its unique non-fade print.

But if you’ve been supporting the South American Leagues you might find yourself drooling over Arsenal de Sarandi shirts with their well-defined v-necks and team embossment. A perfectly decent-looking Arsenal shirt comes for around .

How To Play Fantasy Football Platoon Situations

Aside from the word “injury”, there is no other word more feared in fantasy sports than the word “platoon”. It has been much more common in fantasy baseball with Outfielders and Closers for many years, but the offensive approach in the NFL has been evolving for some time. We are now seeing platoon situations commonly used in the NFL backfields. The polite way of describing the use of multiple running backs is “running back by committee”. No matter how you term the approach, Platoon situations can be fantasy football team killers.

We have come to expect starting running backs to produce on a weekly basis, which is why they normally make up 80% of the players drafted in the first two rounds of standard-scoring fantasy football leagues. However, with over half of the league employing a Committee approach to their backfield, it is proving wise to change your drafting strategy. You can now use your first three picks on one of the top quarterbacks and two of the top

New York Jets Vs. San Diego Chargers NFL Live

New York Jets Vs. San Diego Chargers NFL Sports Betting, New York Jets Vs. San Diego Chargers NFL Live Stream. Every season or so its seems one or two teams get into the playoffs by the skin of their teeth, then make unexpected runs to a conference championship. Like the Arizona Cardinals of last year, or the New York Giants of the season previous. And that’s what the New York Jets are trying to do this season.

After beating the Cincinnati Bengals in an AFC Wild Card game on the road last week, the Jets now trek to San Diego to take on the hottest team in the league at the end of the regular season, the Chargers, in an AFC divisional-round playoff game Sunday afternoon.

Many online sportsbooks opened this game with San Diego favored by as much as nine points, with a total of 42 and a half. But as of Thursday morning the Jets had been bet down to +7 almost everywhere, with the total dropped to 42.

Those who think the Jets can win

Top 10 Teams in 2009 NFL Power Rankings Week 11

As per my prediction the Ravens defeat the Browns on Monday Night. These 2009 NFL power rankings for week 11 might change if the Monday Night Football game between the Baltimore Ravens and Cleveland Browns result reverses. Its almost Fantastic NFL in the regular season.

Top Team 10th:  Baltimore Ravens (5-4)
The Baltimore Ravens reenter the top ten at #10 this week. This is assuming that they defeat the Cleveland Browns on Monday night and will be modified if the Browns win. As the Ravens are 5-4, they recently defeated the Denver Broncos 30-7. This gives them the advantage for the final power ranking spot for this week.

The Ravens will play the Indianapolis Colts and Pittsburgh Steelers in the following weeks. Don’t expect them to hold their spot in these power rankings for long; the Ravens have struggled against stronger competition in 2009..

Top Team  9: San Diego
